On the 6th of October 2011 the Dean of the MTF- Oliver Moravčík welcomed the delegation of the
National Research University of Information
Technologies, Mechanics and Optics from St Petersburg / Russia,
it was led by the Dean of the
Faculty of computing and control systems Professor Alexej A.Bobtsov and Vice-Dean Professor Artem S. Kremlev. The delegation during
the visit of the MTF STU was
accompanied by Associate
Professor German F. Michalčonok of UIAM.
The Russian University belongs amongst the first thirty Universities of excellence and research. Russian universities
and their representatives
presented achievements in research, science and education.
A discussion about concrete forms of mobility
of students and teachers of both faculties took place and after signed a cooperation agreement.
