Registration schedule for the admitted PhD candidates will be published on JULY 2022
Registration will take place on 19 September 2022, 10:00 a.m. – Jána Bottu 25 St., Trnava, ground floor, room No. T-19a).
Attendance to the registration is obligatory. Should the admitted candidate fail to register without appology, their right to enroll expires and they cannot become a university student. An admitted candidate cannot be registered by a family member.
Prior to personal registration at the Faculty, the candidate must complete the e-return slip in the Academic Information System by 17 July 2022.
For registration, the admitted candidate will bring:
- Decision on the admission to study
- Proof of identity
- Statutory declaration of the candidate's higher-education studies in the Slovak Republic (to be fill in the “previous study” section unless the candidate has completed part of their studies at other university in the Slovak Republic). The form will be sent by e-mail.
- Details for the provision of the scholarship payment. The form will be sent by e-mail.
- Recognized diploma of education, issued by a foreign university (does not apply to the candidates who already have delivered it to the Faculty). More information HERE
