On the 16.11.2012 the MTF STU held a lecture by Ladislav Kossar. Ladislav Kossar imparted his experience from his studies and varied employment to the students and staff.

Ladislav Kossara graduated from the Law Faculty of Comineus University. During his studies in the Netherlands, Hungary and the USA he dealt with international law, intellectual property and capital markets. At Harvard he studied law and political science in addition to a relationship with the public and private sector. He worked for DeutscheBank in London, Frankfurt and Tokyo where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, asset management and investment banking. In 2004 he returned to Slovakia and founded the VENVIVIS company, which is dedicated to venture capital investing in innovative companies within Silicon Valley and Slovakia. In addition to his philanthropic activities, his investment activities are concentrated on improving the lives of people in need and to promote cultural and social projects.
The lecture was organized by the lecturing Cabinet, the topic was "Guidelines to enterprise", with the administrative and organizational support of the division of academic activities.
