Unicert examinations
Exams in the Unicert system. An additional course before the exam of English language Unicert system II and Unicert system III ( the so called professional state exam with international validity) corresponding to levels B2 and C1 according to the European reference framework, in the winter term - 20 students have graduated. Consequently seventeen students past the written exam on the 1st of December and the Oral exam on the 7th and 8th of December 2012. Training teachers Mgr. G. Chmelikova, PhD. and PhDr. E. Mironovova ceremonially presented the certificates to the successful graduates on the 26th of January 2012 in the presence of doc.Ing. P. Schreiber, CSc.- vice Dean of the MTF and Ing. M. Petras, PhD- director of LEKA MTF. One benefit of having Unicert certification is in gaining student mobility.

Scientific conference team
At the end of 2011 in Trnava on the premises of the MTF STU, the third year of the International Scientific Conference in cooperation with the TEAM Society and the seventeenth year of the scientific conference CO-MAT-CETH took place.
The conference was aimed at four topics (technologies, management, education and agriculture). More than one hundred participants were present, while almost one half were from abroad. The management of the TEAM Society expressed their delight due to the fact that almost half of the contributions belonged to PhD. students and were at a high level. The conference provided space for presenting results of science and research of institutions from
Slovakia, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Russia and also Thailand. The participants were given
space for consulting and challenging their results with colleagues in the stated areas and they also had the possibility to pass on their long term experience to their younger colleagues. During the time of the conference, the annual meeting of the TEAM Society took place and the management of the faculty were invited. At this meeting the MTF was accepted as a member of the TEAM Society. The president of the TEAM Society- Prof. Antun Stoic gave the decree about the MTF's acceptance as a member of the TEAM Society to the vice Dean Prof. Jozef Peterka.This has opened the way for students and also teachers to travel for study stays with partner institutions in Croatia and Hungary. This meeting also discussed the future objectives of the team society and also the preparation for next year's team conference which will take place in Slavonsky Brod in Croatia.
