The purpose of the questionnaire survey is to obtain a picture of the overall climate at the faculty, i.e. of satisfaction / dissatisfaction of employees with running of the faculty. Poll is on important for the faculty leadership, because it serves as feedback of its activities, identifying , stabilizes fields and processes by which employees are satisfied with the faculty, but also identifies the fields and processes for the further improvement of the current state and processes to further improve the current situation.
