What is Alumni?
Alumni - Academia Technica is:
- a non-investment fund established on the 15th of November 2004 at the MTF STU, Paulínska 16, 9217 24 Trnava
- acts to the significant legislation of SR
- the Fund is a non-profit legal person, which includes funds for the implementation of general purpose in the territory of the Slovak Republic
What is its purpose?
- the promotion of spiritual values in education to students of the MTF STU Trnava
- to contribute to building and protecting the environment and health of students and staff of the MTF STU Trnava
- to contribute to building a material-technical base of the MTF STU Trnava
- support for sports activities in the MTF STU Trnava
- to promote the cultural and educational events in the MTF STU Trnava
- to promote the development of social services.
Importance of Alumni for its members
- the possibility of obtaining information about current events in the MTF STU Trnava
- obtaining a view of the perspectives, visions and concepts in its development ,
- the possibility of direct influencing of the educational process in the faculty ,
- support of the development of scientific research activities ,
- an interactive method of communication
Alumni Projects
the Project bank of Quality is focused on creating a database of graduates of the MTF STU and will monitor their labour market successes. The ultimate aim is to create a functional system for evaluation of the study outcomes regarding to constantly changing criteria and more difficult practice. In the framework of this ambition we want to establish an official alumni club at the MTF STU under the name the Alumni Bank of quality . Information provided by registering to the bank will be used solely to meeting the projects, preparation of systems, permanent improvement of degree programs and enhancement of the pedagogical process in the University.
