On 24.10.2012 a presentation by Mr. Jaroslav Kuracina within a series of lectures prepared by the JCI organization called "idea turned into a success." The lecture was facilitated by NGO JCI - Slovakia (Junior Chamber International-Slovakia), a subsidiary of one of the largest organizations for youth leaders and young entrepreneurs in the world.
The business story of Jaroslav Kuracina and his firm Grand Power was presented. This was shared with the students. This was an engaging narrative of his "business story" which had also had an added video presentation. Students were not only attracted by concrete facts about his experiences in the field of arms manufacturing in Slovakia, but also by several funny stories from different stages of his studies and practice.

Junior Chamber International-Slovakia has more than 200,000 members and affiliates in 115 countries of the world. It was created in1915 in the USA and is based in St. Louis, Missouri State. In Slovakia he has brought together university students and young entrepreneurs under the age of 40 years. He organizes several activities for university students. The future young leaders are - exceptional students at universities in Slovakia and are appreciated, others are trying to promote entrepreneurship at universities already and are designed specifically for young entrepreneurs.
Currently, in addition to other activities, the JCI series of lectures in collaboration with universities invites Slovak entrepreneurs and interesting people from culture who have come up with something interesting and inspiriting. Selected entrepreneurs presented success stories or successful careers of Slovak entrepreneurs to university students.
The event took place in the frame of the study subject "Guide to entrepreneurship" (Lecturers’ cabinet) and organizational support of the Department of Academic Activities.
