On the 2nd of December 2010 in the Latvian capital, Riga, the 6th international conference of young scientists took place. This year's conference was attended by 85 participants from Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, who presented the contributions from different areas of their dissertations. Conference organizers award each year with a trophy for the best presentation of work. This year was awarded to a doctoral degree program Didactics of technical professional subjects, Ing. Joseph Kadnár. Mentoring doc. Ing. Roman Hrmom, PhD., for the most innovative dissertation, with the theme: The Implementation of ICT in Engineering Pedagogy.
