Development of tools and the building of a faculty peer environment for economic practice is based on a long-term objective of the MTF STU in order to increase the degree of responsibility for the transfer of knowledge into practice. Tools for developing innovative forms for the transfer of research, development and education results, determine the benefits of the cognitive and transformation processes at the faculty. These tools and current activities were raised in interviews with the leadership of the faculty and selected staff.
