On the 4th October 2012 in the academic year 2012/13 the first and overall twenty-fourth Dies Iovis Occurssus took place. The European holder of the Nobel Prize for Cultural Heritage - Europa Nostra, PHDr. Jiri Langer,CSc. opened this session. This prestigious award was awarded to the doctor for a self-illustrated monograph "Wooden churches and bell towers of Europe", a copy of which was circulated among the audience at yesterday's meeting on the subject of wooden churches in Central Europe as a cultural crossroads of history. This event was also attended by the Dean- Prof. Oliver Moravčík and the Vice Dean - Prof. Jozef Peterka.
We give thanks for Thursday's professional presentation of an expert speaker, who arrived at Trnava from the Czech Republic with his wife. We also thank the audiences for their participation and the student of ZUS of M. Sch.Trnavsky for the cultural experience of a guitar performance.
