On the 11th of November 2010 we welcomed prof. MUDr. Andrej Černák, DrSc., who was the guest lecturer on Thursday’s afternoon’s Dies IOVIS Occursus. The beginning of the meeting started with three musical compositions by a pupil Trnava’s art school. The lecture from professor Černák was about the topic of Ophthalmology – the attractive medical branch was enriched with realistic video screenings of eye operations. We also learned about common eye disorders and the possibilities of diagnosis and prevention of various visual disorders.
The lecture was moderated by Ing. Milan Petraš, PhD. At the end of the lecture a discussion took place and sincere thanks were given.
