and faculty employees,
please let me give you notice of slowly ending (the second symposium) for the survey of your satisfaction with the Management of the Faculty we decided to organize an annual poll to allow feedback signals from our employees relating to management structures and the subsequent correction of deficiencies. We want to set up administrative and management processes of our institutions so as to remove any offending events that may affect us all.
Personally, I think the completion of polls - will only takes one a few minutes - this can be taken as identification with our faculty. If you are interested in improving conditions for the faculty, then do not stand up with arguments against it, e.g. "It is not anonymous enough, and so nothing changes, my vote did not count, I am waiting for problems from my critics and so on." These arguments are irrelevant, as you could see last year during and after an evaluation of our first poll.
If you were reading up here, just go back to the main web page of our faculty and in the left column click the link POLL - Questionnaire for measuring employee satisfaction, choose the correct poll, use the single password that you were sent by mail and think about the questions and answers. I will be grateful for any comments or criticism.
