A) INFORMATION ON THE ENROLLMENT OF ADMITTED STUDENTS
Participation is obligatory!! In the case that an admitted applicant does not come without an apology to the enrollment, the right to be enrolled will expire and he/she will not be a student of the university. It is not possible to be enrolled by a family member.
Place of enrollment- The lecture hall of prof. Čabelka on Paulínska Street No. 16, 917 24 Trnava
From 8.00a.m to 10.00a.m. pictures of admitted students will be taken in front of the lecture hall. It is necessary for registration in the Academic Information System (AIS) of the faculty and for the identification card of the student. It is necessary to be at the faculty at that time.
B) TERMS OF ENROLLMENT PROCESSES
- 25. June 2014 at 10.00 a.m. (picture taking from 8.00a.m. to 10.00a.m.)
Full-time version of study by presentation method in Trnava: all study programmes
- 26. June 2014 at 10.00 a.m. (picture taking from 8.00a.m. to 10.00a.m.)
Full-time form of study by combined method in Trnava: all study programmes
Education Institution Dubnica nad Váhom: all study programmes in both methods-presentation and combined
Education Institution Komárno: all study programmes in both methods-presentation and combined
TERMS OF ENROLLMENT ARE NOT FOR CONDITIONALLY ADMITTED APPLICANTS FOR STUDY!!!
C) ADMITTED APPLICANTS ARE OBLIGED TO BRING:
- Acceptance letter (acceptance letters are sent by the Slovak post office. In the case that you do not receive the letter until a term of enrollment, the applicant can come to enrollment).
- Identification Card
- Pen
- Paid postal order - the amount of payment is in the section of Information on the Student Identification Card. (Postal order will be delivered to the applicant together with the acceptance letter. In the case that it is not delived until the term of enrollment, the admitted applicant has to make a transfer to the faculty account: Štátna pokladňa SK44 8180 0000 0070 0008 1404, postal order of type U, variable symbol 011)
- Completed document „Issuing of Student Identification Card and Prolonging Stamp, form N-III" (Here - print both sides).

- Completed document “Application for accomodation“ – only for applicants who are admitted to full-time study form in the presentation method, his/her permanent address must be over 40 km from Trnava and he/she is interested in accomodation in ŠD M. Uhra (Here - print both sides)
D) PROGRAMME OF ENROLLMENT
- picture taking (from 8.00a.m. to 10.00a.m.)
- speech of a representative of the faculty management
- information on the study system, accommodation in the dormitory ŠD M. Uhra
- registration of subjects in the academic year 2014/2015
- control of filled documents – application for accomodation, affidavit of the student on study, application for issuance of a student identification card...
- every student will receive the book “Study Programme for Accademic Year 2014/2015“
E) CONFIRMATION ABOUT STUDY AT UNIVERSITY
In accordance with the law on universities N. 131/2002 Zb.z., § 69, part 2 – if the enrollment process of an admitted applicant is held before the beginning of the academic year when the study should start, the applicant will become a student from the beginning of this academic year (meaning 1. 9. 2014).
Confirmation of study is issued for admitted applicant by the faculty after 1. 9. 2014 (not during the enrollment date)
F) BEGINNING OF STUDY YEAR
Beginning of study accademic year 2014/2015 - 22. 9. 2014.
In the first week – from 16.9.2014 – teaching of the subject “Introduction into University Study” starts.
