On the 28.5.2009 the university hosted the KTVŠ UIPH first season at the MTF STU Trnava for the universities from the region of Trnava. The tournament was organized in order to popularize this new non-traditional sport "Floorbal" and motivate our students. Students can try during physical education in the new academic year 2009 - 2010.
With the participation of four teams, 6 matches were played. The overall winner was the team Serhorses Galante .Second place was taken by FBC Strike from Sered , Trnava University (FTTU) won a bronze place and the fourth place was taken by a team of students from OUI Trnava.
The organization of the tournament was good and we believe that a this new tradition will contribute towards a good presentation of the MTF and can influence some students in the selection of our faculty.
Congratulations to the winners and we look forward to the next 2nd VINTAGE "floorball" in our academia of MTF Trnava.
