High-tech technology in practice

We would like to invite you on the 9th of May 2011 at 10.00am at the location of the centres of excellence 5-axis machining in "T" pavilion on Bottova Street. This is in cooperation with the companies PGS Automation S.r.o. and TRUMPF Slovakia S.r.o. laser equipment for practice will be presented. The invitation is open for staff, students and also businesses interested in the field of automation and the technology of laser welding / cutting.

	Parameters of the workplaces: laser source TruDisk 4002 with two outputs D70 Focusing optics with motorized adjustable focus, 6-axis robot with 7th axis on the positioner, smart camera guidance, state of the art safety features.

Laser technology of TruMark Station 1000 with laser TruMark 3020th will be presented. It is a modular structure: scanner optics, laser unit, power cord for the laser beam and management are intertwined with simple integrated connectors. 

Despite the enormous compactness of the TruMark 3000 series device, they also have software that controls positioning of the focus, a  pilot laser and mechanical seals (shutter).
