The Centre of Scientific and Technical Information SR (CVTI SR), in promoting technology transfer, a site operated by the National Technology Transfer - NPTT (www.nptt.sk) is online. One can take advantage of the free services provided by NPTT for getting industrial, juridical protection of results from scientific research activities and their transfer into practice.
What you can utilize:
- specialized literature on intellectual property and technology transfer (funding academic libraries: suggestions for the purchasing of literature, which will be available after processing. Your suggestions can influence a purchase, there is an opportunity to receive special foreign and domestic books of one’s own choice
- loaned literature (books are purchased by CVTISR, one can only view them in the reference libraries of the SJF and the MTF STU)
- research services - support services to intellectual property protection and commercialization (e.g. the estimation of commercial potential of research activities, the preparation and filing of all relevant objects of industrial property in the Slovak Republic and foreign patent offices, development and assessment of license agreements, providing information from the databases of industrial property for art, invention, novelty, etc.).
- remote access to information resources – 1) Database technology offers and queries,
2) Experts for the process of transfer technology 3) Patents and other objects of industrial property 4) Companies, products and services, ...
