International Doctoral Seminar 2008 accomplished

The 3rd International Doctoral Seminar organised on 18 – 20 May 2008 in the Smolenice castle was attended by 56 presenters, the PhD students, who delivered their contributions in two sections:

 

Section A:        - Machine Production Technologies

                       - Materials Engineering

Section B:        - Industrial Management and Quality Engineering

- Applied Information Technology and Automation in Industry

- Environmental and Safety Engineering

- Humane Science in Technology

 

Besides participants from the universities of the Czech Republic, Belorussia, Romania, Germany, Croatia and Slovak Republic, the conference hosted the honourable guests such as:

Olimpia Ros (TU Cluj-Napoca, Romania) and Dr. Artur Pokrovski (NASB, Minsk, Belorussia)The Organisation Committee also welcomed the representatives of the Faculty management, directors of institutes as well as the staff of institutes who came to support the successful course of IDS 2008.
