"Introduction to university education" in the academic year 2011/2012
During zero week, in the winter semester, the teaching of the compulsory
subject called Introduction to University Study will take place.
Full-time study by presence method - Trnava
On the 12th of September 2011, from 9am till 5pm
Lecture, 16 Paulínska Street, Trnava, Z Pavilion - 084 Lecture theatre of prof. ČabelkaOn the 13th and 14th of September 2011 from 8am till 5pm - exercises
On the 15th September 2011 - bank holiday- no teaching
On the 16th September 2011 - exercises
Allocation of student rooms will be announced on Monday during a lecture in the premise of Z Pavillion, 084 prof Cabelka lecture theatre.
On the 16th of September 2011 from 12:00 till 6pm.
On the 17th of September 2011 from 8am till 6pm - exercises
Allocation of student rooms will be announced on Monday during a lecture in the premise of Z Pavillion, 084 prof Cabelka lecture theatre.
The teaching will be held in both methods (full and
combined) in the premises of the detached workplace in the same terms as
teaching in Trnava.
Teaching will take place in room no. 5 as follows:
From the 12th of September 2011 till the 14th September 2011 from 9:00 am. until 5:00 pm.,
On the 16th of September 2011 from 9:00 pm. to 5:00 pm
Course content: The content of lectures and exercises Introduction to university study are:
- Interesting facts about the history of science and technology
- Information on the use of the Academic Information System (AIS)
- Development of leaning skills
- Searching and working with information
- Optimal conditions for learning
- Reading skills and learning styles
- Brain-memory-intelligence.
Note:
In the event of students failing to attend the compulsory subjects, - an evaluation will not be give and nether will a grade for graded credit.
