The lecturers cabinet of the MTF - Department of Physical Education and Sport would like to cordially invite you to a traditional sporting event – 38th annual swimming competition in Trnava, which will take place on the 10th and 11th of March 2012 in the Swimming pool of the Faculty of Materials Science and Technology, 23 J. Bottova Street, Trnava.
Our meeting is considered to be the most important swimming competition in a 25 m pool in Slovakia. This year we expect the participation of 410 swimmers from 31 divisions from Slovakia, as well as the best swimmers from Hungary, Czech Republic and France. The swimming competition should be a good test of performance before the supreme event of this years Olympic Games in London. We hold a legacy of several national records. Our prime candidate this year is Petra Chocova who is representing the Czech Republic.
Several senior and junior representatives of Slovakia, who are part of the 2012 Olympic Games in addition to preparing for the Senior European Championships in Hungary and Belgium for the Junior European Championships.
Races begin on Saturday, 10.03.2012 at 9.30 am. and in the afternoon at 4.00 pm. On Sunday the 11.03.2012 at 930 am. We look forward to your participation and support.
