Dear future graduates of the MTF STU
due to the implementation of the project
"knowledge-driven system of monitoring graduates in practice within
the EU integration process" ITMS
project code: 26110230024 announces that from the 1st of June 2011 free daily legal
advice will be available to you in order to ensure quality services in the area
of employment and other legal areas for graduates of the MTF STU in Trnava.
Characteristics of legal advice for MTF STU graduates:
providing legal advisory services, which will confirm the awareness of rights of the MTF STU graduates as
prospective employees. The lawyer
will prepare graduates for a job interview, will
be pay attention to behavior and issues concerning
the signing of a contract and
will provide legal consultation with
employment contracts, submit information regarding compliance with the
maximum working time and respecting rest
time (in
the case of shift work), a focus will be on the risks connected with
business and the
loss of protection by the Labour Code and other
laws, as well as
other employment relationships and the problems associated with applying the MTF
STU graduates in
practice.
