Provision of legal counseling services includes a package of care to remove possible risks resulting from the creation of cooperation between the faculty and industrial/entrepreneurial practice. The basis is elimination of the most determinants in this environment. Observations show that the most occurring mistakes are due to ignorance of legislation in practice and unfamiliarity with the rights of employers and employees, intellectual property protection. They also occur at the initiation of industrial practice in area of employment relations, and when signing partnership contracts and agreements for cooperation and other reasons.
The project „Knowledge Faculty for Economic Practice“ provided a selection of legal representation from registered lawyers from a bar association with knowledge of industrial practice and corporate law.
Free legal services can be used by PhD students and researchers of MTF STU, as the target group of the project.
