On the 6th and 7th of May 2009, employees elected faculty representatives to be in the Works Council. More than fifty percent of our employees participated therefore the elections are within accordance with the law.
The new members of the Works Council will be instated during the following term, these are as follows:
- Associate Professor Joseph Bílik, CSc.,
- Ing. Roman Moravcik, PhD.,
- Associate Professor Maros Martinkovič, CSc.,
- Renata Ivančíková,
- Iveta Zimanová,
- Igor Krčmárik.
Elected members of the Works Council will share the responsibility regarding representation of the interests of employees when relating matters to the Dean ort he faculty board.
Congratulations to the members of the new Works Council of the MTF STU. in their important, responsible work and a lot of creative dialogue with the leadership of the faculty.
