the
employee council is a voluntary association that represents all faculty staff
and shares an interest in creating equitable and satisfactory working
conditions. Elected members of the Employee Council have the right to represent
all employees in management conferences.
It is important that we can make decisions which involve our employees by
ourselves, instead of the use of the University union. In accordance with § 234
paragraph. 1) Labour Code asked our staff, the Dean of the Faculty, for
declaring the elections to the employee council.
Considering the fact that the Dean has expressed agreement with the employee council elections, we want to ask you to send your nominations for the employee council members by the 24. 4. 2009 to PORO.
Candidates, who have been nominated during the Dean's call for the creation of employee councils, will be accepted.
