The scholarship program from the Kia Motors Company Ltd. is intended for university students who want to gain valuable professional experience during their studies and to prepare for a position in a strong  international company.

We are looking for?

In the academic year of 2011/2012 we are looking for five university students in their 5th year of study or in the final year of doctoral study, who after graduation are be willing to work for specialist positions in the following fields:

• production (operation of mills, body shop, paint shop, assembly)
• logistics and production planning, quality
• maintenance of machinery and equipment
• purchase or administration.
  

Conditions for the applicant:

• recommendation by their Head of Department,
• excellent academic results (an average of 1.5 for the  last year), the continuation of the results during the period of receiving the scholarship,
• willingness to work a min. of 8 hours per month in the fellowship;
• post-graduates (Summer 2012) willingness to work in our society,
• commitment to continue working for a min. of 1 year after the university graduation,
• Active knowledge of English and knowledge of PCs,
• flexibility, communication, autonomy, able to focus on results.
  

We offer:

• a scholarship of € 3,000 per year (paid quarterly) from 10/2011 to 09/2012,
• student experience in our company,
• post-university work in a stable international community.
  

The selection process:

• No later than the 31^st of  December 2011,  fill in a web-based application and later deliver, 1) Application for the scholarship, 2) student motivation letter, 3) Recommendation of head of the department, 4) consent to the processing of personal data, 5) A copy of the index, 6) health check before signing the contract,
• Completion of a successful selection interview (only selected candidates).
