At the faculty of materials Science and Technology in Trnava from the 07.11 to 9.12.2011 ca questionnaire survey of MTF STU employee’s satisfaction will take place.
The purpose of the questionnaire survey is to obtain a picture of the overall climate at the faculty, i.e. of satisfaction / dissatisfaction of MTF STU employees with the running of the faculty. The poll is important for the faculty leadership because it serves as feedback of its activities which identifies and then stabilize the processes by which employees are satisfied with the faculty and also identifies areas and processes to further improve the current situation.
