On the 12th and 13th of March 2008 the FMST
welcomed the students from SPSS and the Grammar school of Jan Holly, in the framework of the
project APVV (Science Closer to Students).
The staff from the Institute of Safety and Environmental Engineering with the Institute of Engineering Pedagogy and Humanities prepared interesting experiments in chemistry and physics for high school students to try. Students also had the opportunity to visit the solar laboratory. Events during the two days were attended by 48 students.
