Dear colleagues,
according to the principles and procedures of the FMST SUT and due to efforts to continually improve the economic and social conditions of our employees, we ask you to fill out an anonymous questionnaire by which the management of the FMST SUT will attempt to assess this year’s level of satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the functioning of the faculty and it’s staff.
The questionnaire will become a regular option for current observations about important points of life in the faculty. Your involvement in the questionnaire and your truthful responses to individual questions in the evaluated questionnaire will enable us as to lead the institution to obtain a more objective picture of the state of satisfaction / dissatisfaction of the FMST SUT workers within the social working environment.
The proposed questionnaire is an opportunity for the management of the faculty to compare your opinions and evaluations from previous years with the current situation.
The questionnaire can be filled at the following website (in case of problems with the questionnaire, please use this short tutorial). The password needed to fill the questionnaire will be delivered to your inbox in the AIS.
