Dear students,
from now on we will implement a faster and a more efficient registration process when dealing with the higher years of study. The first time of registration will allow students to complete the registration procedure for to the next period (2009/2010) via the use of the Academic Information System (AIS). Writing articles can be made through the AIS as from the 31. 8. 2009
The procedure is as follows:
- Student can sign in for subjects through the student portal - Registration / Records, you must register for compulsory subjects for the winter and summer semester in the academic year 2009/2010.
- In the case of an incomplete pre-registration of compulsory optional subjects one can sign in the AIS between the following dates 23. 6. 2009 to 30. 6. 2009 . If interested you can write a subject selection, this is not mandatory. A recommended study plan is published on the website of the Faculty in the section Information for Students - Study book programs for 2009/2010 . It is essential that students see the Recommendation curriculum for information about subjects and the number of subjects needed to sign for.
- Incomplete subjects by students in the year 2008/2009 will be automatically entered into a further period as a repeated course / courses during the winter or summer semester.
- If the student has enough credits for the next stage of study there will be an E-Registration icon will be displayed on the AIS.
- If the student has not got enough credits in the AIS the icon will not be displayed.
After carrying out an electronic registration each student will be individually summoned to the study for signing in during the dates as publisher on the faculty website. The clerk will check and confirm the accuracy of the AIS.
When registering a student must submit:
1. A properly completed form "a solemn declaration of the study (the two-sided form, click here)
2. If needed - written "Confirmation of your present school" (form available here)
3. A student card valid from to the. year 2009/2010, the student must activate their card for the next year via the use of the university terminal (machine). Passes can be activated from the 1. 9. 2009
4. A counterfoil of the payment for the registration fee. Information on fees is published at the Faculty of Information for - students - to study fees - the account number of the faculty and variable symbols
5. In the case of an extended length of study or parallel proof of payment will be needed. Information on the amount of fees is published on the Faculty website in the part: Information for - students - fees for study - for the year 2009/2010.
Note:
Students in the 2nd year of study 2008/2009 that have practical work without proving so need to follow the rules for the implementation and completion of course practice.
Participation in registration is required.
