ELECTRONIC STUDY APPLICATION |
Before logging into the online application, the candidate is obliged to familiarize themselves with the following information:
A) INFORMATION NEEDED FOR ON LINE APPLICATION
- This procedure is adopted without entrance examination based on their results from secondary school.
- Date of receipt of printed electronic application to the faculty and administration fee is to be paid by the 31 July 2012
- The term Admissions Board meeting: 22nd August 2012 (results will be posted on the faculty's website)
- The fee for the admission procedure: 30 €
- Estimated date for enrollment 4th - 7th September 2012
The faculty only accepts electronically filed applications printed from the system and sent to the faculty, along with the obligatory attachments, no later than the 31 July 2012. Applications filed on paper (purchased at the store SEVT) will be returned to the applicant.

C) Cost procedure of admission
A payment of € 30 per electronically filed application can be implemented in one of two of the following ways:
- Cashless payment executed by the bank
- Internet banking (conducted over the Internet)
Details will be given of the settlement data (account number and a variable
symbol and the address of the faculty will be found by the applicant when establishing
an electronic application. Proof of payment other than stated in paragraph C),
the applicant is obliged to submit this as an attachment to the application.

Variable symbol: the system will generate this during data
entry of an the electronic application (For the account number, variable

can be found directly in the system of setting up e-applications in the in
part, "paid")
WARNING! - The system generates a variable symbol for a single application. If
the applicant submitted more applications to two or more courses, or two
methods of study, each application will be assigned another variable symbol.

D) The sent application shall contain:
- C.V,
- a medical certificate is not required with the application;
- the candidate gives marks and averages from all annual
certificates and a high school leaving certificate along with the application.
Forward all originals or notary approved certificates to the Faculty,
respectively.
Information for foreign applicants and SR-citizen applicants who graduated from
high school abroad:
- A Slovak citizen candidate who graduated from high school abroad must have their application accompanied by a certificate of registration or its equivalence. The decision of accepting graduates from high school from abroad is made in accordance with Act no. 596/2003 Coll. The document will be issued by the Regional Office of Education (Act 596/2003 here)
- A candidate that is a foreigner (not a citizen of the SR),
which is interested in studying at university is obliged to ask the School
Administration, according to his place of residence, for confirmation of the
equivalent education under the Ministry of Education's Decree 207/1993 (Decree
207/1993 here).
E) Criteria for admission and additional information:
- A candidate in one application will state ONE study program, which is wanted to be studied at the faculty.
- If interested submit your application for more study programs - please send an application with the mandatory attachments for each degree program separately. Each application have a new variable symbol generated.
- Candidates are recruited for study without an entrance
examination on the following criteria:
- Overall average marks from high school
- Overall main subjects
(mathematics, physics
- Graduation from the main subjects (mathematics, physics)
- Participation in professional competitions (the original document must accompany the application).
F) FORMS AND METHODS OF STUDY AT THE MTF
Daily form of study:
- The full-time study method (3-year study)
- combined (distance and attendance) method (3-year study)

- All accredited programs are implemented in Trnava. Teaching in certain study programs takes place in Dubnica nad vahon and Komano - see the Dean's guidelines for accepting candidates. .

G) Teaching in Dubnica Nad Vahom and Komano:
- In full-time study, there are two semesters of a selected study program.
- In Dubnita and Komano there are detached work places and students study there for two semesters in the selected study programs , full time study and the combined method.In subsequent years of study, one will move to Trnava.
- Candidates that are interested in studying in Dubnica Na Vahom,
or in Komarno, must indicate the place of study via an
electronic application. Failure to state a place will automatically make Trnava
its choice.When it comes
to changing situations
in teaching at the detached workplaces the students will be sent to Trnava.
H) INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS
WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
APPLICATIONS purchased in SEVT will not be accepted, e-applicants will be returned. The Faculty only accepts electronically submitted
applications.
