Rector of Izhevsk State Technical University – ISTU Prof. DSc. Boris Yakimovich along with other representatives of the university Prof. DSc. Ali Aliev - Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of the ISTU, Prof. DSc. Yury Turyginov, Ella Sosnovich, PhD. Olga Mischenkova, PhD. - Heads of international relations, doctoral studies studies and career development were welcomed by the dean of the MTF STU Prof. Dr.Ing.Moravčík in order to strengthening contacts and to discuss actual possibilities of cooperation in research. Foreign guests viewed, with the vice-Dean Prof. Dr. Ing. Peterka, the Centre of Excellence for the development and application of advanced diagnostic methods in the processing of metallic and nonmetallic materials and the Centre of Excellence 5 - axis machining. They were interested in the solution of research problems that are solved by doctoral students in the Center of Excellence 5-axis machining. In addition to the presentation of the MTF STU workplaces, the possibility a student exchange with the participation of doctoral students at the International Doctoral Seminar 2012 was discussed.
