The decision about non-admission to study
The decision about non acceptance of candidates for study will be delivered in the coming days. An applicant who has not been admitted to the faculty at can request a review of the decision on the outcome of the admission procedure which was issued under the decision of the Dean of the MTF, this must be within eight days of its receipt. The Dean can satisfy the request himself, if it is found that the decision was made contrary to the law, internal regulations of the university or faculty or with the conditions established according to § 57 section 1. Otherwise, forward the application to the Rector, who will change the decision if it was issued contrary to law, with internal regulations of the university or with the conditions established according to § 57 section 1, otherwise the request will be valid.
Information for applicants admitted for study :
The study admission decision
will be delivered in written form to the admitted applicants on the day of registration for the first year of study. Attending registration is compulsory during the 30th- and the 31st of August 2011.
In the event of applicants not arriving then they will not be accepted as a student of the university.
Important information for Trnava accepted applicants that live in the following areas of Dubnica nad Vahom, Ilava and Komarno.
First year registration of daily study by the presence method into the first year of study, on the first grade of study, will take place on the 30th of August 2011 in the premises of MTF STU, lecture theatre of Prof. Cabelka, Palinska 1691724, trnava basement.
Admitted applicants in daily form of study by the combined method into the first year of study, on the first grade of study, will take place on the 31th of August 2011 in the premises of MTF STU, lecture theatre of Prof. Cabelka, Palinska 1691724, trnava basement.
Photos will be taken of admitted applicants (for the AIS system and for student cards) between the times of 8am to 10 am, in front of the lecture theatre. It is necessary to be present otherwise your photo can not be taken.
Registration for study will start at 10 am
Applicants must bring the following to registration:
1, ID card (or other proof of identity)
2, Writing implements
3, Receipt of paid (see the "further information" section below for fees)
4, Completed form - application about the prolongation of the international ISIC, ITIC, Euro<26 (find form here) card. Of course, only fill in the ones that you are interested in.
5, Sworn statement concerning study ( printed on both sides), please find form here.
Further information
1, Accommodation
Information about accommodation will be given during registration.
Accepted Daily form presence method applicants to Trnava from outside a radius of 60 kilometres have the right for accommodation in their first year of study.
Application for registration must be filled in during registration.
2, Fees
Payment is accepted by postal order or to the Faculty's account (produce counterfoil during registration). State
State Treasury 7000081404/8180, variable symbol - 011, MTF STU, Paulínska 16, 917 24 Trnava.
The fees are:
A payment of € 44 - the type of card ISIC, ITIC, EURO <26A payment of € 36 - STU type of license (without discount for travel fares)
A payment of € 34 - Prolongation mark for ISIC card for STU student
A payment of € 27 - Prolongation mark for STU student card without ISIC.
These fees cover the production of the card, study program of the faculty, use of e text books, registration photographs, etc...
3, Student card
Each university is required by law to give students a university student card. Each student must have a student card and can choose an "STU student card" (unlicensed ISIC) or "ISIC card STU student"
If a candidate wishes to have an international card issued of ISIC, ITIC, EURO <26 print and bring the completed form to registration "An application for a prolongation of the international card ISIC, ITIC, EURO <26".If the applicant wishes to issue a license without license student STU ISIC - there is an application for a license.
(Note: ISIC card from secondary school can not be used as a substitute for any card STU student).
