On the 06/05/ 2011 on the campus of the MTF STU in Trnava, a scientific international conference entitled "In support of project VEGA", was organized in remembrance of prof. PhDr. Pavol Glesk, PhD.
The scientific conference was entitled "In support of Project VEGA" and was organized by the Department of Physical Education and Sport ÚIPH. The introduction and opening of the conference was held by the director of ÚIPH- prof. Ing. Sáblík Jozef, PhD. Who highlighted the need for meetings of university teachers on campus for the exchange of scientific knowledge. He reminisced about Prof. Pavol Glesk at the Faculty in Trnava, who laid the foundation of scientific progress at the Department of Physical Education and Sports, which is significantly involved in sports events for students and staff at the MTF STU Trnava.
The conference was focused on extending knowledge of the project and its research results from the process of sport training and educational work in schools, universities and sports clubs.
