A concert followed by a group called Technik.
The following were awarded:
Scientist of the Year – Prof. RNDr. Jozef Širáň, DrSc from the department of Mathematics and Descriptive Geometry, faculty of Civil Engineering of the STU
Young Scientific worker - Ing. Ján Rimarčík, PhD from the
Institute of Physical Chemistry and Chemical Physics, Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology
Professors of the Year 2013 were awarded to:
Prof. ING. Ivan Baláž, PhD from the Department of Metallic and Wooden constructions
Prof. Ing. Miroslav Bošanský, PhD from the department of Traffic Technology and Constructions
Prof. Ing. Ján Labuda, DrSc. director and professor from the Institute of Analytical Chemistry, Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology
Prof. akad. soch. Peter Paliatka – Head of the Institute of Design at the faculty of Architecture STU
Prof. Ing. Ivan Baránek, CSc. from the Department of Machining, Assembly and Moulding at the MTF STU in Trnava:
