"Webometrics Ranking of World Universities" (http://www.webometrics.info/top100_continent.asp?cont=europe) published by Cybermetrics Lab, which belongs to the largest public research body in Spain - CSIC. Webometrics Ranking is an evaluation of universities from around the world. It contains indicators based on data published on the internet, websites of the institutions and publications in electronic journals. It takes into account scientific, economic, social and cultural activities of universities.
