On the 10th of March 2010, a successful defence of a dissertation thesis from Ing. Tomáš Soboňa, PhD. -(a student of the FMST SUT in Trnava at the the Institute of Industrial Engineering, management and quality) against the union Commission took place. This commission was led by its chairman Prof. Ing. Janáč Alexander, CSc . The field of study was 39-76-9 engineering of quality production.
Thesis title: Six Sigma as a tool for increasing customer satisfaction and the success of the organization.
