The project P. R. D. (Movement, Relaxation and Soul), from the 01.03.2013 offers full-time students (preferably students staying on campus at M.Uher) FREE exercises and interactive sessions.

CrossFit workout:
Monday 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Wednesday 5:15pm to 6:15pm
Yoga Exercise:
Tuesday 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Thursday 8:30am to 9:30am
The interactive workshops of the project are designed to: harmonize the body and to highlight the importance of ; exercise in a person's life, diet and metabolism, a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle in general.
The project is financially supported by the EU Programme Youth in Action. Four members of an informal group are behind the organization: Mgr. Karol Kováč, PhD., Ing. Michal Ondruška, Bc. Martina Hudáková a Bc. Peter Pilch.
