Applications should be sent to the contact person by e-mail, mail or fax. The Registration fee should be paid during the presentation. All tournament participants who submit the form by the 20th of June 2011 will be included in the tournament. The organizers reserve the right, depending on the number of subscribers to change the playing field.

Conditions of the competition
Participants will be divided into age categories:
I: up to
40 years
II.: 40 to
55 years
III.: Over
55 years.
The game is played according to rules approved by the
Slovak Tennis Association. For participants in the tournament there are
4 tennis
Singles - Men, Women by category
Doubles - in one competition category (may be "mixed couples")
Note:
Participants of matches in the ' TEACHER `S CUP 2011" can not be registered as active players in tennis clubs in competitions organized by the Tennis Association.
