With effect from the 01.01.2012, at the MTF STU, via the transformation of UIPH, two individual workplaces were created - Institute of Engineering Pedagogy and Humanities: Teachers and Cabinet Department of Engineering Education.
Lecturer's cabinet (LEKA 060,100) consists of three departments:
- Department of Humanities (OHV 060110)
- Department of professional language training (OOJP 060120)
- Department of Physical Education and Sport (OTVŠ 060130)
The cabinet is covered by lecturers teaching activities within a range of subjects not requiring active participation in research and development.
The Department of Engineering Education (068,900 KIP) is a separate department whose jurisdiction is in teaching activivities in the frame of practical subjects and in the fields of technical and professional courses for teachers of technical and scientific research and business activities. KIP has a time limit till 31.08.2012.
