Applicants that
have admission to study will also receive an invitation for registration
together with other important information delivered to the applicant's address.
The decision about acceptance of candidates for the study will be delivered in
the coming days. An applicant who has been at the STU in Trnava , can request a
review of the decision on the outcome of the admission procedure which issued the decision (Dean of the MTF)
within eight days of its receipt. The Dean can satisfy the request himself, if
it is found that the decision was made
contrary to the law, internal regulations
of the university or faculty or with the conditions established according to §
57 section 1. Otherwise, forward the application to the Rector, who will change
the decision if it was issued contrary to law, with internal regulations of the
university or with the conditions established according to § 57 section 1.
Registration of admitted candidates for full and part-time study will be at the
following times:
23rd August 2011 - study programs:
- Applied Informatics and Automation in Industry
- Integrated Safety
24th August 2011 - study programs:
- Industrial Management
- Engineering Production Quality
- Production Equipment & Supplies
25th August 2011 - study programs:
- Machining and assembly
- Computer-aided design and manufacturing
- Industrial support of design and
production
- Welding
- Materials Engineering
Admitted applicants are obliged to bring the following to registration:
- decision about admission
- ID card (or other proof of identity)
- stationery
- reimbursed postal order (to be delivered together with
the decision about admission to study)
- completed form - STU student
edition card and prolonged stamp -Form N (HERE).
- additional form for the production of student card STU
(HERE).
Student card -
information
Each university is required by law to give students a university student card.
Each student must have a student card and can choose between "STU student
card" (unlicensed ISIC) or "ISIC student card STU"
Forms issued for a student card and stamp (are
referred to as Form NI) , published on the website of the faculty and
must be completed and brought to registration. Students pays only one fee in
point A) to C).
A) Form N-I,
Section I. - The amount for the issue of an STU student card is

B) Form N-I, Section II. - Request to activate / deactivate the student's card.
Complete if you are the owner of a student card ISIC STU, or student card STU
and you wish to cancel the original license, and activate a new study. When you
request revocation of the license you must (a) require the same time to issue a
new license under a). For an application to activate the original license you
must (a) you also require a prolonfation stamp
under section C). Students can apply for activation from the previous
study only if the STU student is in full-time students.
C) Form N-I, Section III. - Application prolongation stamp. If you are a owner
of a ISIC STU card - and are requesting a prolongation stamp, stamp, you pay a
fee of € 27.
If you are an
owner of an ISIC STU student card and want a prolongation stamp , the cost is € 34. The amount include fees for card production, a program of the faculty and use
of e-textbooks, etc. ...
If an applicant asks to issue a new "ISIC student card or an STU student
card or " it is necessary to attach a photo and fill in an additional form
of for the production of the STU student card.
If the applicant is the owner of an STU card and asks for a prolongation stamp
filling in the form is not required.
