The outcome of the meeting of the Dean’s Admissions Board for the admission of candidates for doctoral studies in the academic year of 2012/2013

The co-part of the decision about admission for study will be an invitation for enrollment together with important information that will be sent to the applicant's address.

The decisions about non-acceptance to study will be delivered to the applicants in the coming days. An applicant, who has not been accepted at the MTF STU in Trnava, can request a review of the decision on the outcome of the admission procedure body which issued the decision (the Dean of the MTF) within eight days of its receipt. The Dean can satisfy the request itself, if he finds that the decision was made contrary to law, internal regulations of the university or faculty or with the conditions established in accordance with § 57 Section 1, otherwise, the Dean will forward the request to the Rector who will change the decision at the meeting of the Rector's committee on the 28^th August 2012, if it was issued contrary to the law, with internal regulations of the university or with the conditions established in accordance with § 57 Section 1. Failing this, he will reject the request and confirm the original decision.

Information about enrollment to study:

Being present at the enrollment procedure is necessary! If accepted and the applicant fails to be present without an excuse then the right to enroll will be invalid. It is not possible for a successful candidate to be enrolled by a family member.

Time of procedure: 9.00 am.

Enrolment deadline: 30th August 2012

The following is required for enrollment:

the decision about enrollment
ID card (or other identity document)
stationery
completed N-II form "issuing of a card and prolongation marks" (HERE - print both sides)
additional form for the production of a student card at the STU (HERE)
declaration of oath by the student about study (HERE - print both sides)
reimbursed of postal order - see the amount on the payment card (the postal order will be delivered to the candidate together with the decision about admission to study
8. reimbursed postal order for the study in external form is € 1500 sent to the State Treasury account number 7000081404/8180, U-type postal order, variable symbol 013 - nly candidates admitted to the external form of study (the postal order will be delivered to the candidate together with the decision about admission to study )
form "data provide for scholarship to level III of study - only admitted candidates for full-time study (the form will be sent along with the decision on admittance to study)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The applicant admitted to doctoral studies is required to start in the training workplace and to contact the Director of the Institute from the 1^st September 2012th
