The co-part of the decision about admission for study will be an invitation for enrollment together with important information that will be sent to the applicant's address.
The decisions about non-acceptance to study will be delivered to the applicants
in the coming days. An applicant, who has not been accepted at the MTF STU in
Trnava, can request a review of the decision on the outcome of the admission
procedure body which issued the decision (the Dean of the MTF) within eight
days of its receipt. The Dean can satisfy the request itself, if he finds that
the decision was made contrary to law, internal regulations of the university
or faculty or with the conditions established in accordance with § 57 Section
1, otherwise, the Dean will forward the request to the Rector who will change
the decision at the meeting of the
Rector's committee on the 28th August 2012, if it was issued
contrary to the law, with internal regulations of the university or with the
conditions established in accordance with § 57 Section 1. Failing this, he will
reject the request and confirm the original decision.

enrollment to study:
Being present at the enrollment procedure is necessary! If accepted and the applicant fails to be present without an excuse then the right to enroll will be invalid. It is not possible for a successful candidate to be enrolled by a family member.

The following is required for enrollment:
- the decision about enrollment
- ID card (or other identity document)
- stationery
- paid postal order - see student card information (postal orders will be delivered to candidates together with the decision about admittance)
- completed N-II form "issuing of a card and prolongation marks" (HERE - print both sides)
- additional form for the production of a ISIC STU student card (HERE)
- declaration of oath by the student about study (HERE - print both
sides)

- Address of faculty management representative
- information about the study system, about staying in the hostel M. Uher
- enrollment of study subjects for the academic year 2012/2013
- completion of student documents, confirmation of attendance
(with effect from 1st Sept 2012). An acknowledgement of study can only be
issued to students that have enrolled after the date of registration.
