Registration of accepted candidates
Registration 28th and 29th June 2011 will be held at 10.00 am.
In the lecture theatre of Professor Čabelka, 16 Paulínska St., 917 24 Trnava
From 8.00 am to 10.00 am. Photos of those admitted will be taken for use in the AIS and students' ID cards. It is essential that the candidates attended the faculty.

Admitted applicants are obliged to bring the following for registration:
1, Written approval of admittance (These have been sent via
post but in the event of not receiving it still come in).
2, ID cards
3,stationery
4, paid postal
orders (postal orders will be sent to the applicants together with admittance
papers)
5, completed form (both sides)
6, form for accommodation - completed only by candidates
admitted to Trnava for attendance of the
full-time study method, for those outside of a 60km radius of Trnava, (complete
the form on both sides)
Information about the student card:
Each university is required by law to give students a university student id card.
Each student must have a student card and can choose one of the following: "STU student card" (without ISIC
license) or "ISIC card of STU student"
Pay attention to the form with the name called Vydanie Preukazu študenta a Prolongačnej známky (ďalej iba tlačivo N-I).
(referred
to as Form NI). In the form indicate your choice. Admitted candidates only pay one
of the fees at point A) to point C):
A) Form N-I, Section I.
- The cost for the issue of an SUT student card is € 36. The cost for the issue of ISIC STU student card is €

B) Form N-I, Section II. - Request
for the activation / deactivation of the student's card- fill in the form if
you are a card owner of ISIC SUT, SUT
(a)In the event of reactivation of a card then ask for a new card according to point (a) For an application to activate the original license you must also for a prolongation stamp according to point (c). Students can apply for the activation of a card from previous study only if they were a full-time SUT student.
C) Form N-I, Section III. - Applications for a prolongation stamp. If you are an owner of (an SUT student card without ISIC and you apply for a prolongation stamp the cost will be € 27.
If you are the owner of an STU ISIC card and apply for a prolongation mark the cost is 34 €.
The payment includes the fees for :
card , study program of the faculty, use of e-text books
and registrations photos etc...
Note: (the ISIC card from secondary school can not be used in the place of an STU card)
