Study program: Applied Informatics and Automation in Industry
A student can take two forms of practice (for both forms of study):
1, In the external organization in the period from 21/05/2012 to 24/08/2012
A student will be credited who brings a confirmation from an outside agency for the completion of two weeks experience in information and communication technologies and automation. The student will recall such an individual experience.
2, At UIAM from the 20.2.2012 to 29.6.2012
Students that do not have the opportunity in practice in the companies may gain credit for the work in UIAM (skilled labor in the construction of laboratories, participation in projects, training seminars, etc.) during the semester.
The organization will be subject UIAM entrusted to Ing. Bohuslav Juhásová, PhD. Students will be informed of the conditions and the organization of information subject to the Constitution.
Study program: health and safety at work
Daily full-time study
To obtain the credit the student must meet one of the following two conditions according to the place of practice by:
Students practice relating to occupational Health and Safety during the 21st of May 2012 - 17 August 2012 in an external organization, which one finds oneself and will then submit by the 17th of August 2012 in writing:
Confirmation (including a stamp
and signature of a competent person and position) on completion of a two-week

Report of the practice - at
least 4 pages.
Students that performed during the time the 21st
of May 2012 - 20 August 2012 ÚBEI professional work in a reasonable
(comparable) range according to the instructions of a designated official of
the institute. There will especially be work in laboratories, preparation for
training, administrative work according to the current needs of the UBEI,
please give this in writing:
Proof of completion of practice

The daily combined study
To obtain credit the student must meet one of the following two conditions:
If a student has a stable job, working experience in
the organization in which one is employed, fill in the questionnaire and
forward it by the 21st of May 2012 - 17 August 2012 in writing. Appendix 2 -

If the student still does not have work, then one must practice
the directions for the daily attendance form of study.
All students are required to complete the declaration of practice in the
Academic Information System by the 31st of March 2012 (instructions for
completing the required information will be sent at the beginning of the
semester).
If the student will practice in UBEI, the student will be assigned by an agreement
among leaders of the Institute's staff.
To obtain credit it is necessary to deliver the required documents by the
deadline 17th of August 2012 and to pass the required documents to doc. Ing.

Study program: quality of production
Period of training: 2 weeks
End of Course: Credit
Date of completion of training: Until the 17th of August 2012
Subject of practice will be implemented after the summer semester, or in the Combined daily form there is the possibility of making the practice during the summer semester.
Method of implementation:
Students find their own company.
Students must report about the venture in which they will practice , by the 05.11.2012 to Ing. Marte Kučerová, PhD.
To obtain the credit you need to:
Send all documents which are necessary to obtain credit to Ing. Marte Kučerová, PhD. ,: by the deadline: 25.06. 2012 - for students who have completed the practice in the summer, and other students till 17.08.2012
Confirmation from the company (including stamp and signature of an authorized person and there tasks) about completion of practice;
Prepared report - a report of job descriptions, practice (prepared by students), which will focus on analyzing the application of quality management within the company, being 5 to 7 pages long;
Diary of practice signed by an official (recorded daily activities connected with the requirements of the practice).
The focus is to become familiar with the issue of quality management and a level of implementation of quality management in the organization (involvement in activities related to activities in the field of quality management, application of tools, methods and quality management techniques, including statistical methods, etc.).

Study program: materials engineering
Students studying in the daily combined method can attend practice at their employer, confirmation about this must be brought.. Students studying full-time combined method that are currently unemployed will undergo practice in the same way as students of the daily attendance methods.
Practice must be realized by the 24.08.2012. Credit for this course will be given on the basis of receiving written confirmation of the completion of practice. Students must bring confirmation about to the secretary of UMAT, room number T - 219, no later than the 28.08.2012

If the company does not allow students to acquire professional experience, the student must not later than 31 5th 2012 contact the teacher (above), who will provide professional experience at the Institute of Manufacturing Technologies.

Study program: Industrial Management
Subject: PRAX 04_6B - Professional Practice
Scope of training: 2 weeks
End of Course: Exam
Date of completion of training: to 27.08. 2012
Subject Professional experience will be realized after the examination period, i.e., from the 02.07.2012, in the summer months.

The conditions for students of daily attendance forms:
Students find themselves a company in which professional practice is carried out. The condition is that the company selected should be industrial, or provides services to industry (e.g. forwarding). By the end of the credit week, till 18.05. 2012, students are required to report to Ing. Juraj Drahňovsky, PhD. the company were they will carry out work experience (e-mail or in person).
The conditions for students daily combined form:
If a student is engaged in permanent employment, one should bring confirmation from their employer and will be automatically assigned credit. If a student is employed, the same conditions are as for the students in daily attendance forms.
To obtain the credit you need to:
deliver in person (or by post) by the 31.08.2012 to Ing. Juraj Drahňovsky, PhD. confirmation from the establishment of practice,
together with proof of professional experience by the 31.08.2012 to Ing. Jura Drajhňovsky, PhD., report of the job descriptions of professional practice, what the particular student in the business did during the two weeks.
Without these documents (or in the event of receiving the deadline date) the student will not be assigned credit!

Study program: teaching practical courses in technical fields
Study program: production appliances and systems
Given the schedule of study in the academic year 2011/2012 students attend compulsory professional experience in the manufacturing business with a e main holiday period from the 02/07/2012 till the 31/08/2012.
Professional experience is needed towards each student individually. Confirmation of practice must be delivered to the student secretary by 31/08/2012 Institute of Production Systems and Applied Mechanics (UVSM) ,by registered mail or in person on weekdays until 14:00 pm.
If the student is unable to provide the necessary professional practice then one is obliged to notify the supervisor of the subject of professional practice by 22.06.2012. Work experience and professional experience will be passed at UVSM / KTZS in the period from 02/07/2012 to 13/07/2012.
