Representatives and employees of the Institute of Materials at the Faculty of Materials Science and Technology of the Slovak University of Technology in Trnava – Assoc. Prof. Roman Moravčík, Dr. Libor Ďuriška, and Dr. Martin Sahul welcomed researchers from Wroclaw University of Technology (Poland) as part of the Erasmus+ program. The visiting researchers, Dr. Beata Białobrzeska and Dr. Martyna Zemlik from the Department of Vehicle Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, participated in the exchange.
During their exchange (February 24–28, 2025), the research activities of both institutes were presented in detail, and opportunities for further collaboration were discussed. The visitors were introduced to the laboratories of the Institute of Materials (Dr. Libor Ďuriška, Dr. Marián Drienovský, and Dr. Martin Sahul,), the Institute of Production Technologies (Ing. Marián Pavlík), the Institute of Advanced Technologies Research (Ing. Radovan Bujdák), and the Institute of Integrated Security (Prof. Jozef Martinka, and Dr. Tomáš Štefko).
Visits within the Erasmus+ program contribute to establishing new academic partnerships and strengthening existing ones, thereby enhancing educational and research collaboration among universities across the European Union.
