Mechanical Engineering Technologies
Graduate profile
The graduate is prepared for research or scientific work in the field of production technologies. He/she has the ability to formulate problems related to the technological processing of structural and tool materials, analyze them, and use scientific methods and procedures to solve them. The graduate has a deep theoretical foundation enabling him to independently solve tasks in the fields of machining, welding and other methods of joining materials, soldering, forming, foundry, engineering metrology, assembly, additive manufacturing technologies, production systems planning, and CA technologies. He/she has deep knowledge of theories and sophisticated methods and procedures of science and research at a level corresponding to international criteria. He/she has critical, independent, and analytical thinking in unpredictable, changing conditions, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team at both national and international levels. Is aware of the social, moral, legal, and economic contexts of his/her profession and is characterized by planning his/her own development and the development of society in the context of scientific and technical progress.
