1. PhD. thesis: Assessment of Olfactory Load in Production Work Environment as Safety and Quality Indicator
Supervisor: doc. Ing. Alena Pauliková, PhD., alena.paulikova@stuba.sk
Anotation: The work will be focused on applying of multi-criteria assessment with odor load. At present the working environment of the production plant, the evaluation of sensory load almost strictly devoted to the visual and aural burden. Load evaluation of sense organs is one of the screening tools to assess sensory load at work in terms of the level of working conditions that can affect the health of the employees of the production plant and thus affect their well-being and job performance. Subsequently, the overall work safety and quality.

2. PhD. thesis: Coordination of Integrated Management Systems by means of Scale-free Networks and Small World Networks
Supervisor: doc. Ing. Alena Pauliková, PhD., alena.paulikova@stuba.sk
Anotation: The aim of this dissertation thesis is to develop a complex overview in world-wide and subsequent coordination of individual areas of management systems as part of a complex integration for industrial operational plants including management systems for quality (QMS), environment (EMS), OSH, energy (EnMS), information security, road traffic safety (RTS), social responsibility, business continuity and others. The completion of selected areas will include the context of the organization with industrial operations, key customer requirements, leadership, planning, operational support, operation, performance evaluation, and improvement. Coordination will be performed using hierarchical organizational diagrams and finally visualized using Small World Networks and Scale-free Network.

3. PhD. thesis: Multicriterial Design Optimization for Collaborative Industrial Systems
Supervisor: doc. Ing. Alena Pauliková, PhD., alena.paulikova@stuba.sk
Anotation: The object of this work is to create a set of criteria for optimization of collaborative industrial systems. Collaborative industrial systems are seen as automated equipment systems that share the same workspace with people. This applies more to a system or application than to a specific device type or brand. With new technological advances and the desire to further enhance the quality and productivity of industrial operations, there is an increasing potential to securely combine the performance and accuracy of collaborative devices, along with the creative ability of people to solve specific problems in operational processes.
