Spheres of Influence of the Personnel Office and Legal Affairs
Activities
1. The Personnel Office and Legal Affairs is the administration service unit of the faculty which secures all administrative and service activities connected with hiring and rewarding of the faculty employees, social and health insurance of employees, recording and processing of income issues. The Office secures legal affairs of faculty management.
2. Personnel Office and Legal Affairs is responsible for:
- The personnel records of the faculty employees
- Operation of an information system for personnel work including administration and keeping of a system of the workplaces at the faculty
- Processing a system for remuneration of employees including preparation of documents for the wage policy of the faculty
- Preparation and organization of interviews for the work positions of leading employees at the faculty and pedagogical employees at institutes
- Activities according to the law on protection of personal data, and legal activities.
