To be eligible to apply for the Ing. study, the applicant must have accomplished the bacherol study. The study at STU The applicant can study the selected study programme only in the Slovak language. The fee for the application per one study programme in the Slovak language is 30€.
The Faculty management only accepts electronically submitted applications.

Tution of study
Tution for study is free. Tuition fee (exceeding the standard length of study – 2 years) shall be paid throughout the entire study time-period, Rector´s Directive.

In case the applicant has accomplished the study abroad:
- CV
- decision on the recognition of the document on education issued by the foreign university (only in case of the previous accomplishment of the study abroad),
- certificate on passing the course in the Slovak language as a foreign language, level B1 at minimum (the Certificate is not submitted by the citizens of the Slovak or Czech Republic who graduated from the foreign university).
The Applicant for the study at STU MTF (SR citizen or a foreigner), who graduated from the previous study abroad, is obliged to submit a recognized record of his/her education issued by the foreign university at the date of study enrolment at the latest, otherwise s/he cannot be accepted to the study – detail information
Slovak language for students – the intensive courses
The Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (STU), Institute of Lifelong Learning (ILL STU), Language Centre ILL STU has organised for foreign students who study at the faculties of the University in Slovak language the Intensive Slovak Language Courses.
Length of study
The Faculty offers the master study (2 years):
- full-time, attendance method: education process is carried out on weekdays Monday to Friday
- full-time, combined form: education process is carried out on Friday afternoons and on Saturday.
Requirements for the admission to the study
The Faculty offers the master study (2 years). The basic condition of acceptance is successful graduation from a university (bacherol study) and certificate on passing the course in the Slovak language as a foreign language, level B1 at minimum. An applicant who does not submit the required documents will not be accepted by the faculty.
