Both experimental and theoretical studies of phase diagrams related to aluminium- or zinc-base alloys containing one or two transition elements and studies of thin films done of these alloys are attributed to the submitted project. The radiofrequency sputtering deposition combined partially with the plasma immersion ion implantation will be used to prepare thin films.
